Having served 17 years in the British Army John worked for Landrover as a off road driving instructor. He then relocated to the Outer Hebrides and was the founding member of Hebrides Mountain Rescue Team. Having served 17 years in the British Army John worked for Landrover as a off road driving instructor. He then relocated to the Outer Hebrides and was the founding member of Hebrides Mountain Rescue Team. The mentors from Scottish Mountain Rescue were inspiring and very supportive in establishing hte ethos and professionalism that are fundamental to G4H Rescue.
John was then head hunted by a specialist Swiftwater Rescue company who searched for and recovered people from water across 3 Police Force areas.
He then went on to serve with Lincolnshire Lowland Rescue and is involved with Beneath The Surface, a unique volunteer water search team. John is a member of The Institute Of Search and Technical Rescue, and entitled to use the Post Nominal TinSTR.

We started out designing and producing short sleeve wicking t-shirts for our friends in SAR and Mountain Rescue. As our products became more popular we expanded the range to include long sleeve wicking baselayer tops, microfleece tops, hoodies, gilets and softshell jackets.

We started out designing and producing short sleeve wicking t-shirts for our friends in SAR and Mountain Rescue. As our products became more popular we expanded the range to include long sleeve wicking baselayer tops, microfleece tops, hoodies, gilets and softshell jackets.
We then started being asked for pouches and patches by teams and team members. We are proud to supply Mountain Rescue England Wales (MREW), Scottish Mountain Rescue (SMR) and Lowland Rescue. Our drone and JESIP vests are all EN471 rated, and we use EN rated text on a lot of our clothing products.
About 5 years ago we started supplying laser cut patches. These were and remain unique and exclusive to G4H. The patches were spotted by specialist Police teams and we started the G4H Police and tactical side of the business.
We now supply laser cut patches top Roads Policing Units, Firearms and CTSFO, PolSA paches and many more.
