Returns and refund policy

Welcome to G4H Rescue Clothing

We are far from perfect and with the volume of orders we undertake, occasionally mistakes are made. Please accept our apologies for this, no company has a 100% success rate.  If you are missing an item from your order, that is not marked as being back ordered please let us know. We will get the missing item out to you ASAP. If we have sent the wrong item, such as short sleeved t-shirt instead of long sleeve please let us know. We will ask you to return the item, we will send a replacement as well as a free gift to compensate you for our mistake. 


Due to high demand, and Royal Mail (or local post services in your country) UK orders may take up to 7 days to arrive. International orders Ireland, EU and beyond delivery times may be from 5 to 14 days. Please allow time for your order to arrive before contacting us. 


Our refund and returns policy lasts 21days. If 21 days have passed since you received your order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, UNLESS the goods were faulty.


Bespoke orders. If you ordered an item with bespoke text we DO NOT offer a refund policy, unless the item is faulty. ALL items are checked for QC (Quality Control) before dispatch. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED BEFORE A REFUND IS ISSUED. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet please let us know. 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please  send your item to: G4H RESCUE, 1 Watson's Cottages, Dunham On Trent. NG22-0TU


Shipping returns

To return your order you should mail it to;  G4H RESCUE, 1 Watson's Cottages, Dunham On Trent. NG22-0TU


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
